Beat my expectations

How great the matches were....from the steel cage matches, emergence of AJ, icons like Sting, Hall and others included. The early years of TNA should be more appreciated by the company. Specifically with guys who appeared than to help TNA grow belong in the HOF. The DVD is a must have for any TNA fan out there. Wrestling fan in general who wants some good wrestling.

One of the best wrestling compilations ever in TNA.

First thing first, my favorite part about this DVD is the variety in talent shown off. You see the guys listed right on the front and the list simply goes. 'Many more' really is many more. CM Punk, Monty Brown, D-Lo Brown, Julio Dinero, Loki, Sabu, Ken Shamrock, Lex Luger, Chris Harris, and there's still more. TNA has managed to create a compelling compilation that doesn't get old and offers a variety of styles. My only complaint would be that Raven vs Jarret is featured once again. I own at least four DVDs with the same match, but it's still a classic at the end of the day. Speaking of Raven, I was very happy to see a fair amount of matches with him in the DVD. He's one of my all-time favorites and his time in TNA was really great. The short documentary features in-between matches are very good and insightful too. You really learn about the history of TNA. I'd almost argue that this did a better job than the History of TNA: Year One DVD. Mainly because it showed so much history through these matches, in their entirety. I myself can't wait for Vol. 2 if it ever gets made and hope to see a collection for Orlando, and maybe even a compilation for matches outside of Florida and Nashville.

Awesome. A MUST HAVE for every true TNA fan. The feeling I get from watching these early matches is a mix of a local promotion and (original)ECW. Great matches! Thank you Double J, Dixie, and everyone involved. Especially the wrestlers.

This is AWESOME, alot of good matches form the start in TNA by alot of the originals and legends. If you don't have it get it. This is no waste of money but something you could watch over and over and not get bored with.
