Bound For Glory 2009

I have been a TNA fan for about 3 years now and i just bought this event a week ago and this is by far the absolute best Pay-Per-View I have ever seen from the opening Ultimate X match to the Main Event when AJ Styles went to war with Sting, it is a great showcase of what TNA is all about i hope to purchase more TNA Pay-Per-View Events soon because if they are anything like BFG 09 then i may officially quit watching WWE and Cross The Line and watch TNA from now on. Because if your not TNA then your not Professional Wrestling!

the main event was terrible i was very dissapointed sting did a terrible job only good match was angle and morgan i would perfer a knockouts match over the main event i mean come on you call yourself an icon sting yeah an icon that sucks i could have done a better job than that i mean its bound for glory not bound for sucks

I usually never say this but 2009 was TNA's most succesful year to date. Awesome opener to the show and every match except the triple threat and Joe vs Lashley was great. The main event was average but Styles was able to put on a superb performace throughout. The matches of the night were the opener which i give 9/10 and Angle vs Morgan which gets 8.5/10. A must buy show.

This was an alright show but its annoying that you have to wait 4 minutes to get to the top menu and you can't skip over it. The arena was crap, they should have rented a better arena. Morgan vs Angle was good and so was sting vs Aj. Good show but not a must have.

I felt TNA took a backstep in 2009 in their BFG PPV. Some of the booking decisions like Lashley getting the victory over Joe really was baffling. In terms of the Foley/Abyss match.. it would have been decent if the bump was built up, instead of having it right away.. the match started off slow and never took off.. Not to mention the botched ref count. I liked Sting/AJ, and the ending was very surprising cause TNA doesn't do emotional that good. But this was genuine I felt. The tag team ladder match was good, and so was Ultimate X for the x title. All in all, it was OK. Not as good as previous BFG's.

One of the best ppvs in 2009, The show started of with an amazing Ultimate X match, then the knockout tag titles & the legends title were decent matches. The tag titles in full metal mayham & the triple threat with tara, odb & kong were good matches. morgan vs Angle & Joe vs lashley & AJ vs sting were great matches, but my favorite match of the night was Abyss vs Foley

This was a good ppv but i think it had one match to many, the global championship match didnt seem to fit this card and if it wasnt on it then the lashley vs joe match would of had more time and be the quality match it should of been

Sting vs AJ was an amazing main event. I can't wait for BFG '10

Great booking and execution, but when are you bringing out the PPV'S that follow this?

This was a great Bound for Glory! my favorite matches were Kurt Angle vs Matt Morgan, and AJ Styles vs Sting for TNA World Championship, those were great matches. I'm definitely going to add this to my TNA collection!

This was another awesome bound for glory.So what about the ending in the main event.It was good match and a nice ending of a suprise.Angle vs Morgan was the best on this dvd.Thank you tna for 2 discs becuz they both were very much appreciated by me and my friends.You suck seth i give your review a 2.2/10.TNA RULES!!!DONT KNOCK IT SETHY BOY!!!TNA!

My review of the show was it was great but my lone gripe is why put this on two discs when the whole show is covered on the first one honestly? Ultimate X was excellent, Morgan finally begins to break into his own, the title match and rather anti-climactic ending kind of ruined it but not enough to spoil it big time my review: 8.5/10
