I got the bat at the right time, I'm lucky I held on! Got the bat for the Black Friday price of $79.99, which is a complete bargain. Got the Sting Wall Art mask as well, so I'm real happy. Shipping was on the heavy side, but I got a load of other stuff (t-shirts, DVDs) that should keep me occupied until next year's Black Friday! And for everyone else, you have to take advantage of this bat while it's at this really low price. It's a great buy and I'm sure any true Stinger fan will love this!!!

I hope you get to take advantage of the reduced cost. I mentioned in my first post how procrastination paid off in my only having to pay 99.00- but you may do even better. I dont know what kinda shipping U gotta pay overseas. Hope U like your purchase friend.

Yeah I get what your saying Denny, but I guess it's an authentic Sting autograph, reason being I don't Sting himself would let something to his name be a fake and sold! And I tell you what I'm gonna do...I'm gonna buy the damn thing! So I can see for myself what it's all about and then give a just opinion that I hope everyone can agree with!!!

I see what U mean, but it wouldnt be a Sting autograph would it, just some guy writing whatever U want on it? As for the debate of is it a real or not real Sting autograph, I guess I dont know for sure, I think the original numbered bats had a certificate of authenticity, but I kinda look at it like the baseball glove I had as a kid. I know it really wasnt Steve Garveys ACTUAL autograph, but the facsimile DID make it the "official" Steve Garvey ball glove! :)
So I figure if nothing else it IS a cool ass bat and it is the "official" Sting Lousiville slugger, so for 100 bucks Im cool with it! Otherwise though I see your point Nathan!

Hey there! I was doing a bit of research into this bat and found out it's real value! If you go to www.sluggergifts.com you can purchase a personalized bat just like this, where you can choose what colour bat you want, as well as what writing you want. This costs $57.00 without shipping, so with 'this' deal your getting the bat for $57.00 and Sting's autograph for $43.00...so when you look at it this way it does look expensive! I'm not saying this a bad item, it's really cool, but when you break the prices down it just seems a bit expensive. But hey, it is Sting after all...
